The Jason Cropper band has played throughout the Bay Area including; San Francisco (Bottom of the Hill & The Independent), Novato (Hopmonk), Pacifica (Longboard Margarita Bar), Sebastopol (Hopmonk), Sausalito (Sausalito Cruising Club), Forestville (Forestville Club), Alameda (Fireside), and Santa Cruz (Moe's Alley). The current Jason Cropper Band lineup is: Jason Cropper (Oakland) on vocals, guitar; Brian Thoms (Alameda) on bass, Rob Ahlers (Oakland) as multi-instrumentalist, keys, guitar, Jack Rogers (Vallejo) on drums, and for large shows and special occasions Steve Utstein (Muir Beach) on Hammond B3 and keys.

 

Jason is a prolific songwriter, a pioneer in the alternative rock scene and a true San Francisco / Northern California gem. Jason is a beautiful soul, talented singer, engaging performer and skillful producer. He is very appropriate for given audiences and happy to accommodate as events progress.  The Jason Cropper band makes an original, exciting and danceable addition to support headline acts and is also an entertaining closer.
